Remote position (only for professionals based in Argentina or Uruguay) RYZ Labs is looking for a Pre-Press Retoucher to join one of our client’s teams, from the sports merchandising industry. The ideal candidate will translate card designs into beautiful, error-free, and quality-checked forms that are ready for the press. This professional will support imaging, color correction, and retouching of card images/designs in line with the Pre-Press team’s commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate is design-savvy and organized, exhibits strong attention to detail, and brings deep experience in imaging and retouching operations. Candidates with a passion for sports and entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit. Responsibilities: Ensure all images meet color accuracy and consistency requirements Maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all visual materials (e.g., images, graphics) align with the highest standards of the business and meet the specific requirements of each project Work cross-functionally with photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to achieve desired retouching results for various projects Identify and resolve issues related to image quality, resolution, and/or color accuracy Foster a collaborative, efficient, and communication-first work environment Stay informed on industry best practices, technologies, and software Requirements: Proven experience (3-5 years) in imaging and retouching operations Proficiency in imaging and retouching software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other specialized color correction/retouching tools Strong knowledge of color theory and color management Strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail About RYZ Labs: RYZ Labs is a startup studio built in 2021 by two lifelong entrepreneurs.
