Associate Product Manager, Delivery (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Associate Product Delivery Manager to help turn product priorities into clear, well-organized work for our engineering and design teams. Working closely with our Product Lead, you will help define new features, prepare upcoming work, coordinate requirements, and keep track of sprint progress. You will bring structure and clarity to the product-development process while growing your product-management skills through hands-on experience and mentorship. This is a good opportunity for someone early in their product career who is organized, curious, and comfortable collaborating across different disciplines. Tasks Draft feature scopes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from the Product Lead. Help maintain and organize the product backlog. Prepare features and tasks for refinement and sprint planning. Coordinate requirements and open questions between product, engineering, and design. Track sprint status, delivery progress, dependencies, and blockers. Keep the team and relevant stakeholders informed about progress and changes. Support planning, refinement, reviews, and other product-delivery meetings. Document product requirements, decisions, and changes. Gather the information needed for prioritization discussions. Contribute recommendations while the Product Lead retains final prioritization responsibility. Help improve the team’s product-development and delivery processes. Take on greater product ownership as your skills and experience develop. Requirements What we’re looking for Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, software delivery, design, QA, or a related area. Relevant internships and working-student experience may count. Some experience working with software engineering, design, or other multidisciplinary teams. The ability to turn discussions and ideas into clear written requirements and action items. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication. Confidence following up on open questions, dependencies, and commitments. Curiosity about users, technology, and how digital products are built. A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn. Basic familiarity with agile product development and tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence. Helpful, b
